Know Before You Book!
What are your additional fees?
All fees are as follows and will be applied to each package in addition to package price as they apply:
Outside Event Set Up/Cleaning Fee: $60
Stairs/Elevators/Long Walk Distances: $100
Travel Fee: $1.20 per mile round trip + $25 Delivery Fee
Refundable Security Deposit: $200 (Returned if all items are pick up undamaged)
Booking Deposit of 30% down of Total Price | Remaining due 24hours before event
Total Required To Book = $200 Refundable Security Deposit + 30% Down Non-Refundable Deposit
Attendant Fee for 4 hours: $50
All Events are 4 hours ONLY: Each additional hour is $100
How do I book?
After submitting your booking inquiry form, you will receive an email within 24 hours to confirm package and travel price. Once confirmed, you will have 24 hours to sign contract and complete invoice. All deposits are a NON-REFUNDABLE 30% deposit to confirm date. A REFUNDABLE $100 security deposit is also added to invoice. This will be returned the Monday after event once all equipment is inspected. 24 hours before your event the remaining balance will be due. If not paid, your booking date will be cancelled and there will be NO REFUND.
Do I have to sign a contract?
To confirm all bookings, a soft play contract and waiver must be signed at the time of invoice being submitted. Please read contract carefully before signing to understand our full policy.
What safety measures are in place for COVID?
Our equipment (including our ball pit balls) are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each use, using products to kill 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs. Equipment will be sanitized upon arrival and when picked up.
What ages are appropriate for your soft play equipment?
Our packages are geared towards children 0 to 5 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult when in soft play area. We ask that children older than 5 years old not be permitted in equipment area.
Do you assemble and break down the soft play equipment for us?
Yes! Depending on the size of your layout, it will take anywhere between 1 to 2 hours for setup and breakdown (separately). We will happily work with you to coordinate both our setup and breakdown arrival times, so we do not cause any disruptions on your special day!
What areas do you service and how far will you travel?
We service Philadelphia PA and its surrounding counties. We also service South Jersey, North Delaware cities. We are unable to service anywhere further than 200 miles roundtrip of our map radius. Please find map radius on our "BOOK NOW" page to calculate your mileage. Travel fee's apply to ALL packages.
